Terms of Use and Sale

By using this website or purchasing the product, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms and to purchase and use the product on that organization's behalf. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Out of Office Connect Inc.

Out of Office Connect is a one-time purchase of a downloadable 30-day AI implementation system for owner-led businesses. It includes a linked digital guide together with supporting templates, workbooks, guides, checklists, exercises, and related tools intended to help an internal lead plan and run an AI rollout.

• Canadian market pricing is displayed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• United States market pricing is displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD).
• Promotional pricing, including Early Access pricing, may be offered from time to time. The price shown at checkout at the time of your purchase is the price that applies.
• Discounts and promotion codes, where offered, are applied at checkout and are subject to their own terms, limits, and expiry.

Applicable sales taxes — including GST/HST or other taxes that apply to your location — are calculated at checkout based on your location and the applicable tax rules, and are shown to you before payment is completed.

Payment is processed by Stripe on its secure hosted checkout. We do not collect full payment-card details on this site.

After a successful payment — or an authorized, fully discounted order — access and download instructions are sent electronically to the email address used at checkout. The access link is private and time-limited. If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact support@outofofficeconnect.com from the address you used at checkout and we will reissue your access.

On purchase, the purchasing organization receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for its own internal business use. Reasonable internal copying, printing, editing, and sharing within the purchasing organization is permitted.

You may not:

• Resell the materials.
• Distribute the materials publicly.
• Sublicense the materials to third parties.
• Post the files publicly or on open networks.
• Share your private access or download link outside your organization.
• Repackage the materials as another commercial product or service offering.

Out of Office Connect Inc. retains all intellectual-property rights in its materials, content, and branding. Third-party trademarks, product names, and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced only for identification.

The materials help businesses plan AI implementation and design workflows. AI-generated output requires appropriate human review before it is relied on, sent to customers, or used in decisions.

The product is not legal, accounting, tax, safety, engineering, code-compliance, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. Consult a qualified professional where such advice is needed.

You remain responsible for:

• Selecting your own AI tools and providers.
• Complying with those providers' terms and policies.
• Your privacy and security configuration.
• The information your people enter into AI systems.
• Reviewing AI output for accuracy and suitability.
• Decisions and actions taken using AI output.

We do not guarantee business results, cost savings, revenue, time savings, the accuracy of AI output, or regulatory compliance. Results depend on your team, your tools, and how the system is applied.

Because Out of Office Connect is a downloadable digital business product that provides access to the complete implementation materials, purchases are generally final once digital access has been provided.

If you experience a duplicate charge, are unable to access the purchased materials, or believe there has been a billing or delivery error, please contact support@outofofficeconnect.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Except as expressly stated, the materials are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer or business right, guarantee, warranty, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.

We may suspend or terminate access and licenses where the materials are used in breach of these terms, used unlawfully, or redistributed without authorization. Sections relating to intellectual property, license restrictions, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

We may update these terms as the product and business develop. The effective date above reflects the current version. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and Out of Office Connect Inc. regarding the product.
