Out of Office Connect Inc. ("Out of Office Connect", "we", "us") is accountable for personal information under its control. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy requirements.

• Contact and support submissions: your name, work email, optional company name, the topic you select, and the contents of your message. Contact form messages are sent to us by email and are not intentionally stored in the website's database.
• Early Access information requests: the email address you submit and whether you also consented to marketing email.
• Purchase, billing, and tax information handled through our payment processor, Stripe, including the email address used at checkout, order amount, currency, and the sales tax calculated for your location.
• Customer and order records we need to deliver the product, provide support, and meet accounting and tax obligations.
• Secure access and download records, including the access token issued for your order, when it was used, and how many times the package was downloaded.
• Review and feedback submissions: your rating and written feedback, your email address, your consent selections, and — where you choose to provide them — your name, company, and job title.
• Technical and security information generated when you use the site, including limited request and log data, and non-reversible (hashed) email and network identifiers used to detect abuse of the feedback form.
• Advertising and conversion measurement information, such as campaign or advertisement identifiers, an advertising click reference, page or event information, timestamps, and limited browser or technical information used to understand whether a visit, information request, checkout, or purchase followed interaction with an Out of Office Connect advertisement.

• Responding to inquiries and providing information you request.
• Processing and fulfilling purchases, including tax calculation through our payment processor.
• Delivering the purchased package through a secure, private access link.
• Providing customer support and resolving billing or delivery issues.

Payments are processed by Stripe on its own secure hosted checkout, under Stripe's terms and security practices. Out of Office Connect Inc. does not collect or store full payment-card numbers. We receive limited transaction records — such as confirmation of payment, the checkout email address, the amount, the currency, and tax details — for delivery, support, accounting, and tax purposes.

Feedback you submit is private by default. Nothing is published automatically. A review is only displayed publicly if you consented to publication and we have approved it through moderation, and each attribution detail — your name, your company, your job title — is shown only where you separately consented to it.

Your email address, any internal identifiers linked to your order, and our internal moderation notes are never displayed publicly. You can ask us to withdraw a published review at any time by emailing our privacy address above.

We use service providers — for example website and database hosting, transactional email, and payment processing — that may process personal information on our behalf. These providers may operate in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Where information is processed or stored outside your province or country, it may be subject to the applicable laws of that jurisdiction, including lawful access requests by courts, law enforcement, and government authorities.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Access links issued for a purchase are time-limited. When information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymize it where appropriate.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls on customer records and private, time-limited links for product delivery. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, ask questions about this policy, or make a privacy complaint. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. In some cases, we may be unable to provide access — for example where information relates to another person or is subject to legal restrictions — and we will explain why.

This site uses limited browser storage and cookies needed to operate the website, remember settings such as your selected market and currency, support secure administrative sessions, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We may use conversion-measurement technology provided by OpenAI in connection with advertising shown in ChatGPT. This technology may use first-party cookies and similar identifiers to help determine whether a visit, information request, checkout, or purchase followed interaction with an Out of Office Connect advertisement.

Conversion measurement may include information such as the page visited, the type and time of an event, campaign or advertisement identifiers, an advertising click reference, and limited technical information associated with the browser or visit. We do not use this technology to collect full payment-card information.

Where automatic advanced matching is enabled by our advertising measurement provider, supported information entered into forms may be normalized and securely hashed in your browser before being included with conversion-measurement events. Raw form information is not sent through this automatic matching process.

Where required, advertising measurement will not be activated until the visitor has provided the necessary consent. You may also withdraw or change your consent where that option is provided.

We use advertising-measurement information to understand campaign performance, attribute conversions, improve our marketing, and evaluate whether our advertising is reaching relevant businesses.

OpenAI may process conversion-measurement information as a service provider or technology provider in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy practices. Service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions.

Requesting information, buying the product, and contacting support are treated separately from consenting to ongoing marketing email. Where you provide consent to receive commercial electronic messages, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Sender identification and unsubscribe details are included in our commercial email.

We may update this policy as our business, product, and service providers change. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
